We understand that you share important information with us. We understand that you want to keep your payment information private, too. For that reason, we partner with Stripe to handle payments, who are very very robust. We also promise not to share any identifiable data with anyone, because a. we’re not d*ckheads, and b. we can’t afford paying millions in damages.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Snapr and FEWL LLC. (d/b/a and hereinafter referred to as “Snapr”). This Policy applies to Snapr’s websites, including, or other online products or services (collectively, “Services“).

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services. For example, we collect information you provide to us when you register for an account, create a user profile, participate in a contest or survey, use our Contact Us form or otherwise communicate with us. Such information may include your name, email address, phone number, biographic information, social media handle, social media profile and/or website URL, picture and any other information you choose to provide. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect on our Services. For example, if you create or log into your account through a third-party social media service, we will have access to certain information from that third party service, such as your name and account information, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such service.

To use Snapr on iOS, you need to download the app from the respective store and install it on your smartphone. 

To sign up for the service, you may be requested to use Instagram's login API, which will feed your Instagram handle to our database. It will also provide us with read-only access to your feed.

Alternatively, you may be asked to provide an email, password and Instagram handle to sign up for our services. We store these information securely and we don’t have access to your password.

You will also be asked to provide your date of birth, a ZIP or postal code and a list of broad interest. We collect and safely store this data in order to match you with our clients and initiate a briefing session. 

We don’t share the aforementioned information with any third parties and we don’t plan on doing so. Like, ever. We may only share sanitized, de-identified information. Example: The of Snapr App users in a specific area or country. Please read more on “SHARING OF INFORMATION” section.

Moreover, you will be asked to provide payout information. This is for Snapr to compensate you for the services you will provide. We collect information such as your address, credit card number and CVC or security digits an via Stripe's API. Stripe is fully GDPR compliant and we use it to collect and store such sensitive data. We have access to your sanitized payment data through the Stripe platform and we do not store your credit card info on our back-end. Sanitized means that we can’t see your full bank account details whatsoever, only your name, email and last digits of your account, so that we authorized payments to your bank account.

By signing up for Snapr App you agree to allow us to communicate with you via email about news, updates and answers to any of your queries. You also agree for us to use (not share) your information to provide our services to you and our clients. 

We DO NOT share your credit card information with any third parties. We may share your feed in a read-only capacity with our clients, to ensure consistency and compatibility in the services provided.

We may use (not share) information about you for various purposes, including to:
* operate and improve our Services;
* provide and deliver products and services and send you related information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, andet support and administrative messages;
* respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
* communicate with you about new contests, promotions and rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by Snapr and our selected partners;
* process and deliver contest entries and rewards;
* link or combine with other information we obtain from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
* monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services;
* Personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content or features that match user profiles or interests; and
* carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

We may share information about you as follows:
* with your consent or at your direction;
* in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;

* in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

This information will be aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

The Services may offer social plug-ins (such as the Instagram “Log in” button) or other tools or features which let you share actions you take on our Services with other websites, and vice versa. The use of such social sharing features enables the sharing of certain information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the feature. Snapr takes reasonable measures to help protect information we collect about you in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Snapr App. You have the right to request a list with all your data we are using to offer you our service. Please get in touch at and we will provide you with the list of your data we store in our database.

You also have the right to request the removal of  all you data we have stored in our database. Please get in touch at with your request. Upon reception, all your data will be removed within thirty (30) calendar days.

Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Snapr by following the instructions in those emails or by modifying your preferences in your account settings.

Snapr is owned by FEWL LLC. which is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

Snapr may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification).
